Mike Selig has been serving the residential and commercial real estate needs of Brevard County for more than four decades.

A Vietnam-era veteran, Mike’s leadership skills are undeniable. Whether flying a UH-1 “Huey” helicopter in the skies of Southeast Asia or assuming the presidency of the Space Coast Association of Realtors, Mike has always concentrated on the mission at hand. He maintains a razor-sharp focus on achieving goals and supporting the people around him. That level of commitment and passion permeates everything he’s involved in, including his service to clients.

In addition to holding various leadership roles with the Space Coast Association of Realtors, Mike has served in executive roles in the Florida Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and many trade, civic and veteran organizations.

Locally, he’s active or has been involved in organizations such as Rotary, local Chambers of Commerce, Brevard Public Schools, City of Rockledge boards, Veterans Memorial Center, the Economic Development Council, the Salvation Army and the American Cancer Society

Mike has earned numerous awards for his real estate expertise and his support for the local community. He holds the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

The CCIM designation is the gold standard for commercial real estate professionals, including appraisers, asset managers, brokers, developers, investors, lenders, and other allied professionals. CCIMs complete a rigorous program of advanced coursework and training in financial and market analysis, and demonstrate extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Samantha’s enthusiasm for real estate comes, in part, from being Mike’s daughter. She’s been working as a real estate agent for over a decade and recently earned her broker’s license. Besides the opportunity of learning the craft from her dad, Samantha said the most rewarding part of working in real estate is helping people achieve their business or family dreams. She also enjoys guiding and supporting people throughout the buying and selling process.

Sue specializes in residential sales for Space Coast, Orlando and the surrounding areas. Previously a flight attendant of 19 years with Delta Airlines, relocation and customer service are Sue’s areas of expertise. She has been working with buyers and sellers for seven years, and resides in Central Brevard with her husband and daughter. Aside from helping clients find their dream homes or moving onto the next chapter in life, Sue loves to travel and spend time in her garden. Her last plumeria count was 51 trees!

Amber was born and raised in Brevard county. She has ten years in real estate sales under her belt, and has dipped her toes in a little bit of everything. From traditional sales to new construction, she has the knowledge and understanding to walk clients to the closing table with confidence and ease. When she isn’t selling homes, Amber can be found out on the water, at local restaurants feeding her inner foodie, and taking her two little girls on Disney adventures.
